Abstract
Revenge of the Duzzles was a 2d top down shooter constructed for my 2D Graphics Programming class during the spring of 2008-2008 as part of my graduate studies at RIT. It was assembled by a team of four, including Kelley Piering, Heather Arbiter, and Sela Davis. I served as lead programmer, constructing most of the games backend, graphics, and AI. I was also one of the originators of the game concept.

Revenge of the Duzzles was programmed using DirectX 10. It uses basic sprites for most of the graphics, aside from the duzzles themselves, which are calulated on the GPU in a geometry shader. Raw points are sent in and are expaned and triangulated into duzzles of any size.
The game can actually be acquired at it's website. A Windows Vista or 7 machine with a DX10 compliant video card is required to play it. An XBox 360 gamepad is the best controller to use with it; no others aside from mouse and keyboard will work.
